A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing
expert guidance and developing tailored immigration strategies
Set legal strategy, conduct evidence and case reviews for various
visa types, and ensure accuracy in casework before filing
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and
contribute to the development of best practices
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex legal concepts
clearly
Strong client-centric vision and passion for exceptional client
service
Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance
client experience
