A company is looking for a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to
create and lead a new engineering team focused on culture, product
development, and team empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and plan application engineering projects
Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team
Champion engineering best practices and maintain subject matter
expertise in information systems
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of engineering leadership experience
8+ years of overall developer experience
Experience managing teams of engineers
Strong engineering background with experience in building large
scale applications
Experience with Java, JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
services preferred
