Job Description:
Job Description This position is for a Financial Analyst II in
the Functional Cost organization. This role will support the Cedar
Rapids Site and provides a great opportunity to network across the
Navigation and Sensor Systems organization. Daily interaction with
Manufacturing, and other Finance functions allows each analyst to
influence perspectives and create value. The ideal candidate has
strong analytical and communication skills and is detail
oriented.Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducts financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts
to support short-term business goals and decisions.
- Prepares forecasts and performs financial modeling to develop
recommendations for management.
- Reviews financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, inventory
and output.
- Provides reports to functional or operational management on
financial analysis results and recommendations.
- Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports
on findings to make budgeting and cost recommendations to
management.
- Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance,
operations, supply chain, programs, engineering and other areas of
business for financial and strategic planning purposes.
- Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future
business planning decisions in areas such as new product
development and new marketing strategies.
- Monthly reporting and analysis and quarterly forecasting of
cost center line items, including Scrap, Rework, Inventory
- Development and management of cost center budgets. Provide
analysis and guidance to leadership within Manufacturing &
Finance
- Perform analysis on make parts standard costs
- Consolidation and presentation of financial data to Operations
Management and Finance Leadership
- Provides support for pricing and sales.
- Develops and maintains financial information systems.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience in corporate finance or
similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Office suite.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
