A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel to serve
as a primary legal and strategic advisor for clients in the
immigration sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal guidance and develop tailored immigration
strategies for clients and business partners
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews, and ensure compliance
with legal standards for various visa matters
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and
maintain high-touch communication with clients
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration law experience with a proven track record
in managing a high volume of cases
Deep understanding of immigration law and various visa types,
including non-immigrant and immigrant matters
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong
relationships
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid changes in the legal
landscape
Proficient in leveraging technology to improve processes and client
experiences
