Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel to serve
as the primary legal and strategic advisor for clients in their
immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and develop tailored strategies for
clients' immigration needs
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews, and ensure accuracy of
casework for various visa matters
Maintain high-touch communication with clients and collaborate with
internal teams to enhance client experiences
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Exceptional client service orientation
Experience in utilizing technology to improve processes
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to rapid changes
