Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Product Specialist who
provides advanced technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product support to project teams and stakeholders
Diagnose issues, categorize tickets, and provide solutions
Collaborate with teams or vendors for unresolved problems and
maintain records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred knowledge in Accounting/Audit
Minimum of five years' experience as a support professional,
systems analyst, or business analyst
Experience in team collaboration and mentoring
Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Tools, Digital Audit
Management Platforms, and ServiceNow
