Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient & Family Advocacy
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) and support
its initiatives
Engage in care team meetings to represent caregiver voices and
assess advocacy needs
Co-facilitate peer-to-peer support groups and develop relevant
discussion topics
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience in patient advocacy, caregiver support, or healthcare
navigation is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like
ClickUp
Empathy and understanding of challenges faced by families of
children with complex medical needs
