Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor III.
Key Responsibilities
Process and pre-underwrite various mortgage loans while ensuring
compliance with standards
Act as a liaison between loan officers, borrowers, underwriters,
and funding
Monitor the loan processing cycle to ensure timely closure and
resolve any issues that arise
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business,
Finance/Accounting, or related fields preferred
Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific
experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond loans
Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal, state,
and regulatory requirements
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external
partners
Sound judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate facts and
data effectively
