Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Expanded
Access Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for Biopharma clients and internal
stakeholders regarding Expanded Access Programs
Ensure smooth program operation, accurate documentation, and timely
reporting
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders,
ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective communication
Required Qualifications
University degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (preferred)
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CROs
Knowledge of Expanded Access Programs is a plus
Experience in fostering positive business relationships and
delivering excellent customer experiences
Strong operational and process-oriented mindset
