A company is looking for a Principal Executive (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement recruitment efforts to ensure high-quality
client servicing
Develop relationships with clients and support executive recruiting
staff in achieving performance quotas
Monitor KPIs and contribute to strategies for growth within the
Executive Division and Recruiting Department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Executive Recruitment
2-3 years of experience managing teams
Preferred experience in academic medicine or healthcare executive
staffing
Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers
