Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Team Lead to own and
execute the marketing sales process while leading a team of
contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Own the marketing sales process from strategy to execution,
collaborating closely with the Sales team
Lead and delegate tasks to a team of contractors specializing in
various marketing functions
Develop and manage content strategies and oversee digital
advertising initiatives to enhance lead generation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or
Restaurant Marketing
Proven experience managing or leading a small marketing team
Strong understanding of content strategy, digital advertising, and
performance analytics
Familiarity with tools such as Zoho CRM, Figma, Canva, Mailchimp,
and Asana
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and excellent
delegation skills
