Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale DTC performance marketing framework, including
channel strategy and budgeting
Lead DTC-focused acquisition campaigns via meta and paid search,
while supporting B2B initiatives
Define KPIs and collaborate with data science and engineering to
enhance martech and reporting
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Growth and User Acquisition experience with a focus on
consumer DTC brands
Proven track record of driving results on Meta and Google
platforms
Experience with app marketing strategy, execution, and attribution
for both iOS and Android
Comfortable with all aspects of marketing technology and
automation
BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical
degrees is a plus
