A company is looking for a Compensation & People Data
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain salary structures and conduct market pricing to ensure
competitive pay practices
Analyze HR data related to workforce trends, hiring, turnover, and
demographics
Document procedures to streamline compensation processes and ensure
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
4+ years of experience in compensation and data analysis
Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., PayScale,
ERI, Mercer)
Experience in evaluating job classifications and salary
benchmarking
Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and data
visualization tools (Excel, Power BI)
