Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist to
promote and educate patients on medication management
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key
health information
Ensure accurate data entry of prescription information and achieve
key performance metrics
Manage the patient assessment process and support the Clinical
Services team in completing MTM services
Required Qualifications
Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST,
with occasional Saturday shifts
Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months
Must have completed training sessions and actively be completing
assessments
Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload is
required
