solutions.Position Summary:Provide 1st level IT infrastructure and
office automation support to user community. Maintain IT
back-office processes for stable network and server operations and
assist with desktop hardware and software deployment. Support
various IT projects initiated by IT, or IT-approved projects
initiated by other business functions. This is a hands-on position
requiring general knowledge of Intel-based PC, Laptop and Server
hardware, Windows operating systems, as well as MS Office and
various other office automation applications. Experience with Thin
Client computing and Citrix XenApp highly beneficial. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide 1st level IT infrastructure
and office automation support to user community. Troubleshoot and
resolve common IT issues in person, by telephone and various remote
view/support utilities as appropriate. Maintain IT back-office
processes for stable operations and assist with desktop hardware
and software deployment. Support various functions and and projects
which may be initiated by IT or by other business functions. This
is a hands-on position requiring general knowledge of Intel-based
computing, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office
and various other office automation applications. -- Respond to
help desk request from IT Data Center customers. -- Maintain
inventory of consumables for printers, fax, copiers, and other
related equipment-- Install new workstations, add-on software and
peripheral equipment as needed-- Support and assist other IT
projects as directed-- Perform related duties as assigned by
supervisor-- Maintain compliance with all company policies and
procedures Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: --
Associates degree or equivalent experience in IT.-- Minimum 2 years
experience working in corporate IT support function.-- Knowledge
and experience with the following:-- Intel-based computing--
Windows Operating Systems-- Microsoft Security Domain / Microsoft
Active Directory-- Peripheral devices including printers, fax
machines, internal and external devices-- Able to work occasionally
varying schedule-- Ability to travel between regional locations as
needed-- Available for occasional air travel to other US locations
-- Available for on-call duty as required-- Special certification
or licensure requirements, computer skills, communication skills,
and/or other specific requirements preferred: -- Microsoft Windows
10 and beyond-- Microsoft Office 2016-- Microsoft Office 365--
Microsoft MCSE Certification beneficial-- CompTIA (ITF+, Tech+, A+,
Network+) and equivalent-- Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITSM, ITIL,
COBIT and related)-- Understanding of concepts - network
connectivity (switching/routing), VPN, -- Other skills required--
Well organized.-- Professional attitude.-- Good communication and
customer service skills.-- Strong analytical skills. Physical
