Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Research Advisor
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Train and educate clients on platform features and
functionalities
Provide recommendations for clients' research design and assist in
running research projects
Act as a customer advocate by sharing client feedback to improve
product offerings
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology,
market research, or related field; MA/MS is a plus
1 - 4 years of professional experience, with 1 - 3 years in
client-facing roles
Strong project and time management skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects
Established knowledge and passion for user research, UX, and
consumer research
Curious and empathetic towards others' needs and circumstances
