A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing
expert guidance and developing tailored immigration strategies
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews, and ensure accuracy in
casework for various visa matters
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and
stay updated on immigration trends and legal changes
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a strong understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and engagingly
Strong client service orientation and a proactive approach to
problem-solving
Experience leveraging technology to improve processes and client
experiences
