Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure order accuracy
for customer satisfaction
Facilitate internal communication and workflow regarding order
status and completion
Provide support and coaching to employees on quality and work order
accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred
At least 5 years of technical experience with Softswitch and
Feature Applications
Minimum 5 years leading a technical team in operations and/or
engineering
Knowledge of Local Number Portability processes and ILEC/CLEC
relationships
Strong understanding of IP voice networks and SIP interworking
