  What the Job Entails:
  Order Processing
  
  • 
    
  • Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
    
  • Verifying order details and ensuring accuracy
    
  • Updating order status in the system
    
    Inventory Management
    
    • 
      
    • Maintaining accurate inventory levels
      
    • Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
      
    • Participating in inventory counts and cycles
      
      Picking and Packing
      
      • 
        
      • Locating and retrieving products from storage
        
      • Packing orders securely and efficiently
        
      • Ensuring proper labeling and packaging for shipping
        
        Shipping and Logistics
        
        • 
          
        • Coordinating with shipping carriers for timely and reliable delivery
          
        • Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and packing
          
        • Tracking shipments and resolving any issues
          
          Other Duties
          
          • 
            
          • Assisting with warehouse tasks, such as receiving and storing inventory
            
          • Using technology and equipment, such as QuickBooks
            
          • Communicating with customers and other team members
            
          • Obtaining pricing from vendors
            
            
            Skills and Qualifications
            
            • 
              
            • Basic computer skills – proficiency in using computer systems and software, including QuickBooks.
              
            • Attention to detail – accuracy is crucial for ensuring orders are processed and shipped correctly.
              
            • Organization – ability to manage inventory and keep organized
              
            • Physical stamina – ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move boxes
              
            • Teamwork – ability to work with other team members
              
            • Customer service skills – ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
              
            • Problem-solving skills – ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
