Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Backcountry Bike
Gearhead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide concierge level service to customers and assist with
product inquiries
Handle calls, chats, and emails while building relationships with
riders
Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and
shipping
Required Qualifications
Experience in the cycling industry preferred
Passion for cycling and helping people
Basic computer operating skills and ability to multitask
Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings
Customer service and sales experience strongly preferred
