Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead Engineer in the fintech
sector, focused on leading a team to develop innovative payment
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a culture of
innovation and collaboration
Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and
optimize API integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical
strategies and ensure high code quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field
Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience,
including 5+ years with Node.js and frontend development using
React and TypeScript
4+ years of experience leading hybrid engineering teams
5+ years of expertise in the payment industry, fintech, or
financial services
Deep knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and cloud
solutions in AWS
