Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to manage
taxes for a portfolio of clients while ensuring compliance and
client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and support to Tax Services
clients via various communication channels
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings and payments
for assigned clients
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align work schedules
and address any issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
Experience in customer service and client relations
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in Greenshades or similar payroll tax platforms is a
plus
