Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join
their sales team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound call volume, taking approximately 40-50 sales
calls/emails per day
Consult with customers to assist in selecting appropriate products
and secure sales
Maintain customer records accurately in Salesforce.com and uphold
excellent customer service standards
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of prior sales, retail, and/or customer service
experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to type 40+ WPM
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
