Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to develop
and implement compensation practices that align with business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develops compensation policies and practices, including base pay
and incentive standards
Initiates and evaluates internal/external compensation surveys and
research
Collaborates with executives and management to identify and resolve
compensation-related initiatives and issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years of compensation experience
Ability to perform your work anywhere that has a reliable internet
connection
