Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide
support for operations and back-office employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level support for PCs, laptops, tablets, video
conferencing hardware, and printers
Troubleshoot problems, set up new accounts, and adjust permissions
on various applications
Set up new systems, decommission old equipment, and assist with
project work
Required Qualifications
Available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm Pacific
Time
Proficient in Windows OS
Familiarity with MacOS and Android OS is preferred
Experience with Mobile Device Management software is preferred
Able to work with minimal supervision
