Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance to assigned hospital and/or business unit(s) on
complex compensation-related matters, resolving issues timely and
accurately
Monitor existing programs and tools for ongoing issues and
concerns
Research new theories, best practices, and suggest enhancements to
existing compensation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field required; or four (4) years of experience in lieu of
a degree
Certification in a related area (i.e., CCP, CBP, PHR) is
desirable
Three (3) years of experience in Compensation or Human Resources,
including experience in researching compensation issues and
administration
