A company is looking for a Career Consultant to provide
individualized support and strategies for candidates in
transition.
Key Responsibilities
Assist candidates with career transition needs, including skill
assessment, career goal definition, and job search strategies
Support candidates in building confidence and creating tailored
career marketing plans
Engage and guide candidates in utilizing available resources and
technology tools for job searching
Required Qualifications
Preferred 8+ years of professional experience in Career Consulting
or related fields
Business/industry experience across diverse sectors such as high
tech, financial services, and healthcare
Strong job market expertise for assessing skill and experience fit
across industries
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and familiarity with ATS
systems
Agility in using various technology tools and resources, including
Microsoft Suite
