Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team at General Mills. As an Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of processing and packaging equipment, performing changeovers, and participating in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.Key Responsibilities

Operate various pieces of high-speed and/or high-tech processing and packaging equipment
Perform changeovers and participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectivesRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
