Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Claims Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and process complex bodily injury claims to determine
benefits due
Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate
claim activity to clients
Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests in a
professional manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience or
equivalent education and experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Professional certification applicable to the line of business
preferred
In-depth knowledge of commercial auto policies and claims
litigation
Knowledge of medical terminology for claim evaluation and Medicare
compliance
