Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze training needs and develop training programs aligned with
business initiatives
Conduct training sessions and individual coaching to address skill
gaps
Evaluate organizational needs and design curriculum for training
projects
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1-3 years of relevant experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: 3-5 years of relevant experience
