Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Knowledge Specialist to create and
manage documentation for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and optimize high-quality documentation
Collaborate with teams to gather information and monitor evolving
needs
Ensure knowledge assets are updated and effectively utilized across
the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of
experience
Minimum of 24 months of previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or
Customer Service experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce and Office applications
Ability to type greater than 70 wpm
Reliable internet service provider (ISP)
