Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renovations Coordinator to manage
property assessments and project completions in residential real
estate.
Key Responsibilities
Enable property assessments and ensure data quality in
Salesforce.com
Liaise with Project Managers and Property Management to confirm
completion of work scope items
Act as an in-house Dispatcher for distributing Approved Assessments
to vendors and managing project timelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in residential real estate, home building,
renovations, or home services
2+ years as an Executive Assistant or Coordinator with experience
in data entry and vendor management
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and Outlook preferred
