to enhance social media presence and support communication

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to
increase engagement and brand awareness
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance employer branding
and attract top talent
Develop internal and external communication materials, supporting
thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employer
branding, and social media management
Strong expertise in digital content strategy and analytics
Familiarity with employer brand trends and recruitment
marketing
Proficiency in design and video editing tools
Experience in program management and cross-functional
collaboration
