Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of North America, Testing
Practice - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the North America Testing
Practice, overseeing presales activities, consulting engagements,
and project delivery
Manage a team of architects and testing experts, ensuring
successful execution of client projects and continuous improvement
initiatives
Develop and implement effective test automation strategies aligned
with Continuous Testing and DevOps practices
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience leading large-scale testing practices,
preferably within a consulting environment
Proven track record in presales activities, including solution
design and client presentations
Expert-level knowledge of test automation frameworks and
methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field; an advanced degree is preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring
teams
