Key Responsibilities
Launch and scale new organic growth channels to achieve significant
top-line growth
Optimize and streamline operations by identifying bottlenecks and
implementing effective solutions
Lead marketing and operations efforts to launch new SKUs and expand
into new customer segments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of work experience, including 2-3+ years in digital
marketing focused on organic growth
2+ years at a top consulting firm or in a similarly analytical,
strategic role
Experience launching new growth channels and measuring their
impact
Data-driven with experience in analytics tools and running
experiments
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing,
operations, product, and data teams
