A company is looking for a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor
(MHLS).
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries via
phone, chat, tickets, and emails
Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust
resolution plans based on employee needs
Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues
and improve policies
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or
human resources
Proven ability using Microsoft Office and other computer-based
programs
Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations
5+ years of experience preferred, with previous HR experience
Bachelor's degree or advanced education in a related field is
preferred
