Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate General Counsel
Manager, Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal advice to supported businesses, including
post-acute utilization management and Medicare Marketing
guidelines
Engage with federal and state regulators while understanding the
regulatory framework affecting the business
Develop best practices for addressing emerging legal and business
risks
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree
10+ years of experience in the health care industry
Health care regulatory experience
Knowledge of state and federal health care, insurance, privacy, and
related laws
Proven ability to independently make decisions regarding complex
legal and corporate issues
