Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing
expert immigration guidance and developing tailored strategies
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews for various visa matters,
and ensure accuracy in casework prepared by legal and support
teams
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and
contribute to standardization and continuous improvement
efforts
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Strong client service orientation with a passion for ensuring
client satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace new
challenges
Proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline processes and
enhance client experience
