Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing
expert immigration guidance and developing tailored strategies
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews for various visa matters,
and ensure accuracy and compliance in casework
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and
participate in continuous improvement of processes and best
practices
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Strong client service orientation and passion for ensuring client
satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong
relationships
Proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline processes and
enhance client experiences
