Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing
expert guidance on immigration matters and developing tailored
strategies
Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews for non-immigrant and
immigrant visa matters, and ensure accuracy in casework before
filing
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and
stay updated on immigration trends and legal changes
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of
immigration law
Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration
cases
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex legal concepts
clearly
Strong client-centric approach with a passion for exceptional
service
Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance
client experience
