Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to assist with
motor vehicle accident claims and settlement negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reduction requests and settlement negotiations for motor
vehicle accident and third-party liability claims
Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
Coordinate with attorney offices for timely resolution and prepare
necessary legal documentation
Requirements and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Tennessee and/or Georgia
At least 6 months of experience with Motor Vehicle Accident claims
or reductions
1 year of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in billing
or collections
Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle terminology and practices
