Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal with expertise in
post-judgment collections to support their legal team in
Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in executing post-judgment enforcement strategies,
including garnishments and asset discovery
Draft and file legal documents related to collections and judgment
enforcement
Conduct legal research on debtor assets and Florida-specific
enforcement laws
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a paralegal focused on post-judgment
collections
In-depth knowledge of Florida civil procedure and judgment
enforcement laws
Experience with wage and bank garnishments and debtor
interrogatories
Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management
software
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases
