Job Description:
A company is looking for a NESD BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with
a Secret clearance for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated
interfaces
Manage customer onboarding projects and maintain system integrity
through defined practices
Document technical requirements and participate in sprint planning
and implementation reviews
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer
Expertise in ITSM applications and custom ARS workflow
Experience in Agile project methodology
Must possess a Secret clearance and obtain Security+ certification
within 3 months of hire
