Job Description:
A company is looking for a NESD BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with
a Secret clearance to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy software and
integrated interfaces in a SaaS model
Coordinate customer onboarding, manage project requirements, and
document technical specifications
Participate in sprint planning, manage workload, and maintain
system integrity through configuration control practices
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
8+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer with
relevant certifications
Expertise in ITSM applications and experience with BMC Remedy
version 20.x or higher
Familiarity with Agile project methodology and experience in
customizing ITSM applications
Must possess a Secret clearance and obtain Security+ certification
within 3 months of starting
