Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Technology Support
specialist to provide assistance with mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal employees with mortgage applications, including
Encompass
Address trending issues and provide resolutions to support
departments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendors and internal process
changes
Required Qualifications
Preferred two (2+) years of experience in a mortgage support or
operations role
Experience with Encompass or other mortgage software and
understanding of the loan process
Preferred recent applicable continued education or completed
certifications
Preferred experience utilizing a ticketing system
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
