Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer
in Test (SDET).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and
tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish cohesive
testing strategies
Mentor and guide team members to promote knowledge sharing and
technical excellence
Qualifications:
Experience in mobile, backend, and load/stress test automation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or
Go
Expertise in cloud infrastructure and familiarity with distributed
systems architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
Demonstrated ability to set a long-term testing vision and
strategy
