Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Payroll and Compensation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and process all payrolls, including biweekly regular payroll
and international payroll
Lead vendor evaluation for international payroll and manage
payroll-related agency reporting
Assist with compensation analysis and partner with Finance for
payroll audits and reconciliations
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in global payroll and compensation
analysis
Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Understanding of multi-state laws and taxes
Familiarity with compensation frameworks and salary benchmarking
tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data
analysis
