Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Lead for Luxury
Stores Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and performance feedback to Customer Service
Associates (CSAs) and Lead team members
Manage daily workflow and monitor service metrics across various
communication channels
Assist with training new hires and collaborate with internal teams
to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including weekends and
evenings
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Customer Service or a related field
Experience in coaching or leading a small team in a customer
service environment
Demonstrated initiative in identifying areas of improvement
