Job Description:
A company is looking for an OT Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer service and account management at the school
level, including communication and data monitoring
Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists (OTRs),
including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with
program policies and effective service delivery
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed and registered
Occupational Therapist (OTR), with teletherapy experience
required
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Master's degree in a related field is required
Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state certifications and
clearances as assigned
Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to student goal
achievement
