Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Reviewer to work autonomously
in reviewing claims and developing various medical reports.
Key Responsibilities
Collects, reviews, and analyzes health data from medical records
and other sources
Identifies future medical needs based on medical standards of care
and historical trends
Maintains quality work products and adheres to federal and state
requirements
Required Qualifications
Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in a health-related
field preferred
Minimum of two years of workers' compensation and/or case
management experience preferred
Active unrestricted Nursing license required
Certification in Medicare Set Asides and/or Life Care Planning
encouraged
Knowledge of the disability and workers' compensation industry,
including Medicare regulations
